Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Tiruvallur. The Network Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure to support Beta's software products and internal operations. Responsibilities include configuring routers, switches, and firewalls; monitoring network performance; and performing regular maintenance to ensure stability and scalability. The role involves diagnosing and resolving network issues, implementing security best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support application and platform connectivity. The Network Engineer will also participate in documentation, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of network architecture and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Network Engineering and Network Design for planning, implementing, and optimizing network architectures.
• Candidates should possess solid Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills to manage daily operations and quickly resolve connectivity issues.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Network Security to safeguard infrastructure, enforce security policies, and support compliance requirements.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, VLANs) and experience with firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, Network+) are a plus.
• Candidates should possess experience in on-site infrastructure support and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
