Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Network Layer 3 (L3) Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco routing and switching, Aruba wired and wireless technologies, and managing enterprise-grade Wireless Access Points (APs).
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing robust network infrastructures across multiple locations, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex Layer 3 network architectures using Cisco and Aruba solutions.
• Deploy and manage Cisco routers/switches and Aruba switches, ensuring optimal network performance.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain Aruba Wireless Access Points (APs), controllers, and wireless security settings.
• Lead escalations and root cause analysis of network-related incidents at L3 level.
• Manage and support VLANs, STP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP in enterprise environments.
• Oversee network monitoring, capacity planning, and proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with security and systems teams to enforce network security best practices.
• Work closely with vendors for support, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
• Document network designs, changes, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on Layer 3.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Aruba OS/Aruba Central.
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting Aruba Wireless APs and Mobility Controllers.
• In-depth understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Aruba Air Wave/Central, etc.).
• Familiar with 802.1x, RADIUS, DHCP, DNS, NAT, ACLs, QoS, and network segmentation.
• Certification preferred: CCNP (Routing & Switching or Enterprise), Aruba
• Certified Switching Associate/Professional (ACSA/ACSP), or equivalent.
