Job Description

Wireless Network Support

  • Aruba WLAN deployments (controllers, APs, antennas, coverage, and capacity planning).
  • Configure SSIDs, VLANs, and authentication/authorization policies.



Implementation & Configuration

  • Assist with Install and configure Aruba Mobility Controllers, Mobility Conductor, and Access Points.
  • Configure authentication with ClearPass (RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, guest access, BYOD).



Operations & Monitoring

  • Use Aruba AirWave, Logic monitor or Orion Solarwinds for real-time monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Track AP health, client connectivity, and RF spectrum interference.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Network Engineer - Aruba Wireless should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience 4-10 years.
  • Expertise in Aruba Wireless technologies and network management.
  • Strong understanding of wireless networking protocols and security.
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
