Role Type           : L1- Network Engg. With CCNA certification to provide onsite administration and day-to-

day operational support.

Job Description:

·     Provide L1-level support for Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

·     Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues and escalate complex issues to L2/ L3 engineers.

·     Perform initial diagnostics and resolve common networking problems.

·     Support end-users in resolving network-related issues.

·     Monitor network performance and report abnormalities to senior engineers.

·     Assist in network device installations and configurations under supervision.

·     Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and network changes.

·     Work with service providers for basic connectivity troubleshooting.

·     Perform routine health checks on network devices.

Mandatory Requirement:

·     At least 1-3 years of experience in L1-level support for Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls .

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, VLANs, and routing.

·      Familiarity with troubleshooting tools like ping, traceroute, and basic CLI commands.

·      Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·      Ability to work in a team environment and follow standard operating procedures.
