Network Data Engineer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure for large-scale organizations. The candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in networking technologies, protocols, and routing. The position will be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain network infrastructure for large-scale organizations
• Deploy and configure network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve complex network-related issues
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize network efficiency and reliability
• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating procedures
• Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and trends

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in network engineering and architecture
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS
• Experience with network devices such as Cisco routers and switches, Juniper routers and switches, and Palo Alto firewalls
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, and PRTG
• Experience with network virtualization technologies such as VMware NSX and Cisco ACI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP-ENT, JNCIE-ENT, PCNSE, or equivalent
