We are expanding globally and looking for a Network / Community Development Manager to strengthen our international member base and support community engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesMember Development & Recruitment
- Identify and recruit qualified freight forwarders globally
- Develop strategic country representation with limited member slots
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and industry events
- Evaluate applicants through due diligence and screening
Community Engagement
- Build strong relationships with existing members
- Encourage collaboration and trade lane development
- Support members in generating business within the network
- Promote active participation in Business Xchange & Freight Xchange tools
Network Growth Strategy
- Support regional expansion plans
- Identify high-potential markets and trade lanes
- Maintain balance and exclusivity by country
- Monitor member performance and engagement
Conference & Event Support
- Promote BNG global conferences and events
- Coordinate member meetings and introductions
- Assist with onboarding during conferences
- Strengthen member relationships post-event
Member Success & Retention
- Ensure members actively use network tools
- Support new member onboarding
- Follow up on business opportunities
- Maintain high-quality community standards
Requirements:
- Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / NVOCC / Network
- Strong understanding of global trade lanes
- Existing industry contacts preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Experience with logistics networks preferred
