Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategy for Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring within the organization.
- Prioritize and manage the internal commercialization of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Oversee the capacity planning and work deliverables related to Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, compliance and security of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring implementations.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Stay updated w ith the latest trends and advancements in Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Provide oversight to the Telephony, Mobility and Telecom Expense Management teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years on Network Automation, Applications & Monitoring.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT teams.
- Strong domain knowledge in network products and services, including DevOps pipeline, programming and scripting, network automation systems/tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
