- Gather customer requirements and execute project deployments remotely or onsite.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including MoP, LLD, and ATP.
- Deliver software upgrades, migrations, and installations efficiently.
- Provide customized technical training and workshops for customers.
- Gain hands-on experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and support teams.
- Enhance your expertise in network integration, solution deployment, and customer engagement.
- Develop troubleshooting skills while managing solution issues and escalations.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or Computer Science in Telecom, or Software Engineering, with min 7+ years of experience.
- Strong skills in Linux/Unix, Solaris, Red Hat, and CentOS
- Strong knowledge of hypervisor technologies (KVM, ESXi) and cloud computing platforms such as OpenStack
- Solid understanding of IP networking, including IPv4/IPv6, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN, QoS, and security
- Experience in Object-Oriented Design, Java, Python, C++, and familiarity with APIs such as REST, NETCONF, and YANG
- Hands-on experience in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance
It would be nice if you also have:
- Knowledge in consulting, deployment design, testing, and customer acceptance
- Experience in OSS integration and Software Defined Networking (SDN) or Network Function Virtualization (NFV)
- Strong presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills with a proactive approach to challenges
