Network Architect (Sweden)

We are seeking a Senior Network Architect to lead Cisco to Aruba migrations, enhance enterprise network designs in a multi-tenant environment focused on policy-based connectivity. Lead a team of Network Engineers and manage multiple sites across the globe.

Lead architectural design, optimization, and migration for distributed network infrastructure, including site connectivity (1-3 tier), SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud integrations. Drive decoupling from legacy Cisco systems to Aruba platforms while ensuring Zero Trust, redundancy, and automation alignment. Collaborate with platform engineering leaders on cloud/on-prem solutions meeting business SLAs. Should be be a thought leader in Network Domain Should have solid demonstrated experience in On-Prem to Cloud Connectivity architecturing and implementation, VPN's, Express Routes, DNS, DHCP, etc LCM, Vendor Management, IPAM, etc Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable network architectures for sites, data centers, WAN regions, and hybrid/multi-cloud setups using Aruba Central, ClearPass NAC, and SD-WAN. Plan and execute Cisco to Aruba migrations, including NAC, wireless, switching, and segmentation transitions in decoupling scenarios. Enhance designs for redundancy, policy enforcement (e.g., identity-aware routing, micro-segmentation), and observability via API-driven tools.
