Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Network Architect to handle new network projects, monitor infrastructure, manage disasters, and ensure maximum uptime for the [24]7.ai network. This role involves upgrading network components, managing network security, and ensuring reliable network performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Management: Oversee the [24]7 network infrastructure, ensuring uptime and optimal performance through proactive management.
• Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and isolate common network issues efficiently.
• Network Design & Implementation: Design and implement new network infrastructures, including HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design).
• Security Management: Implement security measures to mitigate vulnerabilities in the network.
• Performance Testing: Test upgraded or new systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with technology vendors to resolve network-related queries and issues.
• SLA Management: Ensure network performance aligns with agreed SLAs and addresses client needs.
• Network Upgrades: Manage the upgrade of hardware and software components as necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 8-10 years in network architecture or related field with proven expertise in troubleshooting and network management.
• Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably in Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Science).
• Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in WAN, LAN, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks, and ACI.
• Proficient in networking and security protocols.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide L3 technical support and collaborate with other IT teams for infrastructure solutions.
