Network and infrastructure Analyst-JL4

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in network technologies including Cisco product configuration
• Working knowledge of LAN WAN protocols and technologies
• AWS associate architect level knowledge certification preferred
• Experience with application monitoring tools or a willingness to work in such an environment
• Basic understanding of visualisation tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Grafana
• Associate level experience in Linux or Windows administration
• Ability to make quick sound decisions in challenging situations
• Continuous learning and development mindset
• Fluent English both spoken and writtenPlease note this role involves 12 hour shift work to ensure 24 7 operational coverage

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with firewalls and load balancers e

• Cisco FortiGate Illumio virtual firewall technology NetScaler or AVI
• Relevant IT or network certifications e
• g
• CCNA
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Nagios or Sensu
• Experience in monitoring setup and instrumentation using Checkly
• Ability to remotely connect to and perform maintenance checks on Windows and Linux servers
