We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage IT/Technical Support operations, lead frontline teams, drive operational performance and ensure consistent delivery against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT/Technical Support operations.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics, SLAs, productivity, quality and CSAT.
• Handle client interactions, stakeholder coordination and escalations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines and achievement of team targets.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching and development support to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Lead in the BPO industry.
• Strong exposure to IT/Technical Support processes.
• Experience managing teams and monitoring operational metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be available to join in November 2026.
