Job Title: Network Analyst (LAN / WAN / WLAN)

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 25 Years

Work Schedule: Rotational 24x7 On-Call Support

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure. This role involves network analysis, implementation, monitoring, and operational support across a global environment. The ideal candidate will have solid networking fundamentals, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Support

  • Respond to and resolve internal client IP network trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Provide Level II technical support in collaboration with System Administrators and User Support teams.
  • Monitor corporate network infrastructure using internal and external monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot and repair network and telecommunications equipment or coordinate vendor support when required.

Network Implementation & Projects

  • Assist with major network projects, upgrades, and installations.
  • Support planning, implementation, and changes related to network hardware, software, and cabling infrastructure.
  • Provide network operations input during infrastructure enhancements and technology rollouts.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, procedures, and diagrams.
  • Track project progress and provide management reporting as required.

Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and key users.
  • Act as an IT liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors to support business requirements and resolve issues.

On-Call Support

  • Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule to support critical network operations.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in a Network Analyst or Network Support role.
  • Working knowledge of VoIP fundamentals and protocols.

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and practices.
  • Experience supporting routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, and communication equipment.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
