We are seeking experienced professionals for two positions: a Customer Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and CCTV systems, and a Network Administrator with a minimum of 4 years of experience, holding OEM certifications such as CCNA or MCSE.

Role & Responsibility
- Allocate IP addresses and manage subsets for various network components.
- Apply necessary patches and updates to network operating systems and devices.
- Assist users with network issues, such as slow connections or access problems.
- Configure and maintain firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
- Install, configure, and deploy network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Perform regular checks and maintain physical network hardware.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues, including connectivity, hardware failures, etc.
- Regularly update network device firmware and software to maintain functionality and security.
- Set up network devices and ensure their integration into the existing network.
Technical Expertise:
- Networking Protocols - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Server management - Windows Server, Linux, Active directory
- Hardware Knowledge - Routers, Switches, access points, servers and firewall
