Network Admin with IPT

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot IPT systems including Avaya IPT platforms.
• Configure and manage network devices including switches, routers, and load balancers (Cisco, HP, Dell, Juniper, ACE, Radware).
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability of IP telephony services.
• Implement and maintain network solutions, including Cisco Prime and Riverbed tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams for deployment, upgrades, and documentation of network and IPT configurations.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices for network and IPT infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers and end-users.
