Technical Requirements:
- Deep understanding of network protocols SDWAN SDLAN TCP IP MPLS BGP OSPF WLC WAP VLANs Spanning Tree Protocol
- Network Configuration Management Configure and maintain network devices including routers switches access points and firewalls according to established standards and best practices
- Network monitoring Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization latency and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them
- Troubleshooting skills Ability to analyze network traffic diagnose issues using tools like ping traceroute and packet captures
- Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco Aruba Juniper
- ITIL Process working experience of Incident Change Problem Configuration management
- Working knowledge on DNS DHCP IPAM Cloud Proxy
