Job description:

Experience: 3- 6 years

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.
• Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Support network hardware/software upgrades, patches, and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related issues.
• Provide technical support to end-users for network and connectivity problems.
• Maintain network policies, procedures, and compliance with IT security standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and network protocols.
• Experience with firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto), switches, and routers.
• Hands-on with VPNs, load balancers, and wireless networks.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.).
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux networking environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.) preferred.
