Job Description: Techno-Functional Lead NetSuite (Sr. Consultant)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Lead (812 years) who can independently manage production support, enhancements, and integrations.
The ideal candidate must be hands-on technically, strong across multiple NetSuite modules, and capable of leading issue resolution end-to-end in a live business environment supporting a US client.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end NetSuite production support (Finance, O2C, P2P, Inventory, Reporting)
- Work with Business Stakeholders on issues, tickets and enhancements. Be the go-to person support for all NetSuite related queries.
- Diagnose and resolve complex functional & technical issues
- Perform configurations, workflows, saved searches, and customizations
- Develop and modify SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.x)
- Lead minor enhancements and system improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
- Support and monitor integrations/interfaces (Shopify and other systems)
- Coordinate with NetSuite direct support (when needed)
- Ensure SLA adherence and provide structured weekly reporting
- Act as technical escalation point for integration-related issues
Required Experience & Skills
- 812 years of overall & NetSuite experience
- Strong expertise across multiple modules:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Order Management
- Inventory & Fulfillment
- Procurement
- Strong technical capability:
- SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.x)
- Workflows
- Saved Searches
- Custom records & forms
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture
- Experience working with middleware tools (Celigo or similar)
- Experience supporting US-based clients
- Manage night-shift support model in EST Time zone
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite Certified Administrator / ERP Consultant
- Experience in Retail / eCommerce domain
- Experience in Managed Services / AMS support environment
