Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, customization, optimization, and ongoing technical support of NetSuite ERP operations.
  • Develop and maintain robust NetSuite technical solutions that enhance system performance, automation, and business efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Perform system configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage integrations with third-party applications.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specifications, scripts, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Support end users by resolving technical issues, optimizing existing customizations, and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure stability, accuracy, and security of NetSuite ERP environments through regular monitoring and system improvements.
