This role is a key delivery leadership position within a fast-growing cloud ERP consulting environment, focused on managing complex NetSuite implementation projects for diverse global clients. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between client objectives, technical teams, and delivery timelines. The environment is dynamic, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on quality, structure, and accountability. You will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and driving ERP transformation initiatives while ensuring smooth execution across multiple stakeholders. The position also involves proactive risk management, governance, and continuous communication with senior client leadership. Accountabilities
In this role, you will manage NetSuite implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring structured delivery, effective coordination, and high-quality execution across all phases of project lifecycles.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools such as MS Project and integrate them into NetSuite
- Manage resource allocation, availability, and forecasting to ensure efficient project execution
- Conduct weekly project status meetings and monthly steering committee sessions with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, ensure time tracking compliance, and validate/approve time entries
- Identify and proactively flag risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely mitigation
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) for ongoing governance and visibility
- Oversee deliverables, conduct engagement reviews, and enforce quality assurance standards
- Ensure structured execution of project delivery methodology and adherence to best practices
- Facilitate cutover planning and Go-Live execution activities for ERP implementations
- Coordinate internal projects and ensure timely and accurate delivery outcomes
- Support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to internal initiatives including process improvement and knowledge management
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced ERP project management professional with strong NetSuite expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex client-facing implementations in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Strong experience in project management, preferably within ERP or NetSuite implementation environments
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles and deliver complex technical projects
- Strong understanding of resource planning, forecasting, and project governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and distributed team environment
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Experience interacting with senior management and executive-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile and structured project delivery methodologies is an advantage
- Ability to identify when strategies need adjustment and adapt execution accordingly
- Strong interpersonal skills with a mentoring and collaborative mindset
