Job Description
Position: Project Manager (ERP / NetSuite Exposure Preferred)
Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid
Shift Timing: 3.00AM - 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)
Engagement Mode: Full Time
About the role: We are seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of ERP implementation and optimization projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage project timelines, risks, and communication across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) and experience working with consulting teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate project activities across functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary coordination point between internal teams and clients.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
Delivery Governance
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support scope management and change request tracking.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology and leading practices.
- Coordination & Documentation
Maintain Key Project Artifacts Such As
- Project plans
- Action trackers
- RAID logs
- UAT trackers
- Cutover plans
- Coordinate with teams during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support phases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Record-to-Report.
- Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
- PMP / CAPM certification (optional but preferred).
