Job Title : NetSuite Project Manager
Job Type : Full-time / Contract
Experience : 7-12 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- 7 12 years of overall experience in Project Management and ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing NetSuite ERP implementation projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is preferred
- NetSuite ERP implementation experience across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, or CRM modules.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.
- Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
- Strong experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and delivery management.
- Expertise in ERP project lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and integration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and project teams.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and status updates.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and transparency.
- Drive NetSuite implementation lifecycle activities including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, technical teams, integration specialists, and third-party vendors.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Manage resource allocation and workload planning across project activities
- Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
