Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, from initial scoping and initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
• Own project budgets ($200K – $5M+). Track project financials, manage revenue recognition milestones, and oversee collections to maintain healthy DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of functional consultants, developers, and QA resources.
• Act as the primary executive contact for clients, managing expectations, handling escalations, and leading steering committee meetings.
• Develop comprehensive project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely sign-offs.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and WMS.
• Understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integration frameworks (RESTlets, SuiteTalk).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and advanced Excel for financial modeling.
