Context of Role

The role sits within the Finance, Administration and IT function and supports the organisation's NetSuite ecosystem. The position works closely with Finance, IT and operational teams globally to maintain system stability, manage access and data integrity, support user queries, and contribute to continuous improvement of NetSuite and its integrated systems. Adhere to the safeguarding reporting and monitoring requirements of this role.

Role Purpose

Provide operational and technical support for the NetSuite OneWorld ERP platform across the organization. The role will manage the NetSuite helpdesk, support global users, maintain system configurations, and assist in enhancements and integrations to ensure the platform operates efficiently and supports finance and operational processes.

Deliverables

NetSuite Helpdesk & User Support

  • Manage the NetSuite helpdesk ticketing system and ensure user queries are resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Act as the primary global point of contact for NetSuite support requests, tickets, and system-related queries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to NetSuite OneWorld and integrated systems, coordinating with the NetSuite Manager where required.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, recurring problems, and support processes.

System Administration & Governance

  • Support the administration and ongoing maintenance of NetSuite, including roles, permissions, user access, workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding access processes in coordination with HR and IT teams.
  • Maintain master data governance, including chart of accounts, supplier records, and workflow structures.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), in coordination with IT Teams.

System Enhancements & Change Management

  • Support change requests including requirement analysis, configuration, testing and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain NetSuite components including workflows, forms, reports, dashboards and saved searches.
  • Maintain sandbox environments for testing and development activities.
  • Identify system gaps and recommend improvements to optimise system usage.

Training & User Enablement

  • Provide end-to-end functional support for NetSuite OneWorld, including system administration, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Deliver regular training sessions and onboarding support for global users on NetSuite functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding training for new employees
  • Provide ongoing user guidance to ensure consistent and effective system usage across teams.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Provide regular updates to the NetSuite Manager on helpdesk performance, system issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and operational teams to resolve system issues.
  • Support documentation of system processes, and governance practices

Essential Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld ERP administration.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems and managing helpdesk ticketing processes.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite configuration including workflows, forms, dashboards, saved searches and reports.
  • Understanding of finance processes and ERP data governance.
  • Experience managing user access, roles and permission structures.
  • Experience supporting change management, testing and system deployments.
  • Support and enable a safe environment, adhering to the safeguarding reporting and monitoring requirements of this role.
  • Complies with organizational policies including safeguarding and code of conduct requirements.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for both technical and non‑technical users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global and cross‑functional teams.
