Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage NetSuite integrations with external systems (Salesforce, Shopify, in-house apps) using SuiteScript, RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and middleware tools like Celigo or Boomi.
Customize and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
Configure and enhance Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) functionality, including foreign currency enablement and custom ARM flows.
Implement and manage Advanced Billing, Revenue Management, and other technical modules to streamline financial operations.
Handle NetSuite support tickets related to customizations, reporting issues, and data corrections.
Assist in ongoing customizations (forms, fields, roles, permissions).
Build and optimize financial reports and operational dashboards.
Collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to ensure accounting accuracy and compliance.
Continuously analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance NetSuite configurations to improve performance and scalability.
