Position- NetSuite Finance Consultant

Level Junior to Middle Experience- Min. 3 to 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant to join our dynamic ERP team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing NetSuite financial modules to support our clients business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial workflows, and NetSuite ERP functionalities to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations alongside dedicated support and system enhancements for financial modules.

Configure and customize financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition.

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver optimized NetSuite solutions.

Develop and implement Suite Analytics reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business performance insights.

Support data migration, testing, and validation during implementation phases.

Provide ongoing functional support and training to user's post-implementation.

Ensure adherence to best practices in NetSuite configuration, financial process optimization, and compliance standards.

Work closely with the technical team to support Suite Flow automation and integration activities with other business systems.

Requirements:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a focus on Finance modules. Hands-on experience with NetSuite Financials including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Management. Proficiency in Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Financial Reporting. Familiarity with Suite Analytics, Suite Flow, and data migration processes.

Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, and ERP best practices.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system configurations.

Certification: NetSuite ERP Consultant or Suite Foundation Certification
