Job Title: NetSuite Developer / NetSuite Consultant

I. Job Summary
The NetSuite Developer/Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the existing NetSuite environment for the UK business. The role involves resolving break-fix incidents, providing data-related support, and developing customized solutions using SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations. This position requires strong understanding of NetSuite processes, data flows, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
II. Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the existing NetSuite instance for UK Business, including break-fix incident resolution.
- Analyze and resolve data-related inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts, workflows, and configurations based on business requirements.
- Document business processes, data flows, system configurations, and technical specifications.
- Recommend solutions through configuration or customization aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to system solutioning as the business evolves (e.g., International corporate store acquisitions).
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver optimized NetSuite solutions.
- Ensure system stability, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and support.
III. Years Of Experience
2–4 Years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development and support.
IV. Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) preferred.
Must Have
V. Skill Set Required:
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteScripts.
- Strong understanding of SQL and APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing scripts, workflows, and custom enhancements.
- Experience supporting existing NetSuite environments, including break-fix and data-related issue resolution.
- Ability to document requirements, processes, and solution design.
- Strong understanding of business operations and related data structures.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with international business units (e.g., UK).
- Exposure to retail or multi-location business processes.
- Knowledge of integrations and external system connectivity.
