About the Role
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Pan India (Flexible)
Shift: Willingness to support ET hours (8 AM – 5 PM ET)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in NetSuite, focusing on Order to Cash (OTC) and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- Work extensively with SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite customizations.
- Manage item catalog structures, record configurations, and NetSuite internal processes.
- Capture functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, demo solutions, and full-scale implementations.
- Ensure high-quality code with unit testing and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide post-production support, especially in revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, analysts, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in NetSuite development, especially OTC and ARM modules.
- Deep understanding of revenue recognition processes and NetSuite capabilities.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), RESTlets, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub and SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) (mandatory).
- Experience with unit testing and AI-assisted development practices.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience working with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical, real-world solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills
- NetSuite certifications (Development / Revenue Recognition).
- Experience in test/verification protocols and production support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter).
- Strong team collaboration skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to quickly grasp business requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
