We are seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs for the Finance team. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Develop and implement NetSuite customizations based on business requirements
  • Configure NetSuite solutions using SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Reports based on business needs
  • Code, debug, and maintain SuiteScripts and SuiteFlows
  • Create and manage workflows to streamline business processes
  • Identify, replicate, and assess the impact of product problems, defects, and customizations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
  • Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
  • Support (Maintain, Enhance and Customize) Project Delivery platform from technical perspective

Analyze and design solutions based on the latest business requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project delivery
  • Engage with technical teams to execute on the solution
  • Perform data cleansing, conversion, importing, and review, including transaction-level integrations
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the processes
  • Provide Level 2 support through the internal NetSuite helpdesk to solve problems and manage projects
  • Maintain and update the customer portal, FAQ, solutions, and product information as needed

Requirements:


  • Relevant experience in NetSuite Development and Business Analyst with successful ERP implementations
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite data model and platform architecture (functional perspective)
  • Familiarity in SuiteScript 2.0 (client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, Map/Reduce scripts, and Suitelets)
  • Experience with SuiteFlow (workflows), SuiteBuilder and SuiteBundler
  • Working knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Strong Experience with NetSuite's Order Management, Advanced Revenue Management, Inventory Management, Purchases and Payables, Financials, and CRM modules
  • Proficient in administering and developing dynamic customizations for NetSuite, including NetSuite Customer Center, third-party integrations, workflows, saved searches, reporting, bundling, and user role management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Well-versed in customizing the NetSuite ERP Platform through custom fields, records, lists, forms, saved searches, and data migration using the CSV import tool

NetSuite technical certifications preferred

  • Celigo experience is a plus
  • Kantata experience is a plus
  • Self-starter with initiative, who demonstrates great proactiveness, the ability to both lead and work within a team, and to manage up, down and across the organization
  • Ability to work with Canada based functional teams and demonstrate excellent communication skills surrounding technical concepts to non-technical audiences
