Netskope JD
Experience: 5- 8 Yrs
Location: Bangalore.
Implementation & Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Netskope components including CASB, SWG, ZTNA, and Private Access.
- Design and implement secure architecture for cloud and web traffic inspection.
- Integrate Netskope with identity providers (IdPs), SIEMs, and endpoint agents.
- Configure traffic steering methods (e.g., GRE/IPSec tunnels, PAC files, client-based steering).
Policy Design & Fine-Tuning
- Develop and optimize security policies for DLP, threat protection, access control, and anomaly detection.
- Customize policies based on business requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Conduct policy tuning workshops to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
- Monitor policy effectiveness and adjust based on threat landscape and user behavior.
Project Transition & Handover
- Prepare detailed documentation for operational handover to L1/L2 SOC or IT teams.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for support and monitoring teams.
- Define SOPs, runbooks, and escalation workflows for incident handling and policy changes.
- Ensure seamless transition of the project into BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations.
Monitoring & Incident Response
- Set up dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms in Netskope UI and integrated SIEM.
- Support investigation and remediation of cloud-based threats and data exfiltration attempts.
- Collaborate with threat intelligence and IR teams to enhance detection capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the technical lead and point of contact for Netskope-related activities.
- Work closely with client security teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and improvement recommendations.
