Netskope DLP Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for talented professionals with hands-on experience in Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data security, incident management, and policy enforcement within the Netskope platform.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage Netskope DLP alerts and incidents (L1 & L2 support).

Perform initial triage, analysis, and resolution of DLP-related issues.

Escalate complex incidents to L3/Engineering teams when required.

Assist in policy creation, tuning, and implementation of DLP controls.

Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Generate and review reports on DLP activities, incidents, and trends.

Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

36 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) support, preferably Netskope.

Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving DLP incidents.

Knowledge of information security concepts, data protection, and endpoint/cloud security.

Familiarity with incident management tools and ITSM processes.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
