  • Supported the Netscout application for 3+ years
  • Detail understanding of all components of the Netscout environment
  • Advanced knowledge of the traps and traffic monitored by NetScout relating to Voice, Video, Wifi and Network traffic
  • The ability to create &. support dashboards for all verticals in the tool
  • Train and develop other engineers to support the application.
