.NetCore Lead Developer

Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, C#, Microservices, and Entity Framework. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely delivery. Develop and consume REST APIs, implement microservices-based architectures, perform code reviews, and drive best practices in software development. Support application deployment, performance tuning, issue resolution, and production support activities. Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and coding standards.

Experience: 9 - 15 years Role: Lead Developer / Senior Lead Developer Primary Skills: .NET Core, C#, Microservices, Entity Framework, Cloud Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and drive end-to-end delivery ownership. Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-availability enterprise applications.
