Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Analyze current mode of operations: process, network, and tools related
  • Support Solution Architect to define Solution Design (e.g., propose future mode of operations based on current mode of operations, standard solutions and best fit for dedicated cases)
  • Convert Solution design into Low-Level design Document
  • Update Low Level design document
  • Creation of Test Case / Plan document for new features/ enhancement / solution
  • Provide support in System Integration Testing
  • Provide support in User Acceptance Testing
  • Read out of Production Migration Document and support this document
  • Provide support in Operation Readiness Testing
  • Carry out Analysis / Support of Incident Resolution
  • Carry out Analysis / Support of Change request

Preferred candidate profile

experience in Operation background for RAN, CORE, CLOUD, TRANSMISSION of EMS such as Netact (Nokia), Huawei, Zte, Ericsson, etc

  • Good working knowledge of
  • Automation as Correlation in Auto Ticketing
  • EMS Integration with Fault management system
  • Troubleshooting related to customer complaints
  • Service Assurance/ Fulfilment area.
  • Good experience on data base analysis/Management, communication skills to read out / present solution / documents to Customer
  • Hands on experience in various Nokia tools like Netcool, Ticketing / OneITSM (Remedy), MyWFM (Field force Management) etc
  • Expertise on MS-Excel for data Analysis
  • Efficient in conducting SIT/UAT/ORT
  • Understanding of the communication protocol like SNMP/CORBA/SYSLOG etc
  • High level troubleshooting and support to fix issues
