Job Description

• Experience in Administration Implementation of NetApp PURE Storage arrays HPE StoreOnce
• Certification on Storage product is mandatory Operational experience in Isilon PURE Storage Storeonce Flash Blade Verify hardware analyze and interpret space utilization and compression graphs
• Candidate should be able to perform capacity management In depth knowledge of CLI Commands
• Candidate should be having good skills on Fabric SCSI iSCSI Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor support Trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue
• Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account customer satisfaction Supporting and troubleshooting replication backup recovery and archiving in a large complex and widely distributed environment
• Perform daily monitoring and management of the storage solution implemented across the infrastructure facilities as per pre-defined policies procedures
• Perform diagnosis troubleshooting and root cause analysis of storage solutions currently installed within the infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise to resolve escalated issues maintain archives in accordance with client policy and procedures perform planning testing implementing and deploying new products and maintaining existing solutions e g upgrading and patching
• Good skills on performance optimization SLA adherence and attainment
• May be required to support different shifts to enable 24x7 support
• Also must be available on call as when required System administration experience knowledge
• Concepts would be an added value on VMWARE Flashcopy DataDomain
• In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management
• Problem Management Configuration management and Change Management processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
