- Oversee and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in resource utilization.
- Implement risk management strategies, identifying potential risks and issues, and developing mitigation plans to minimize impact.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders and proper documentation.
- Oversee the complete SDLC process, ensuring that requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment are executed efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, timelines, risk logs, and status reports.
- Regularly report project performance metrics, highlighting accomplishments, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following agile methodologies, ensuring smooth and collaborative teamwork.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
