• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders translating requirements into actionable technical plans
• Facilitate regular status meetings demos and reviews with clients and internal teams
• Manage expectations handle escalations and ensure clear transparent communication across all levels
• Mentor and coach team members fostering a collaborative high performance culture
• Risk Quality Process Management
• Identify project risks and issues early define mitigation plans and track them to closure
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes documentation standards and release management practices
• Drive implementation of quality gates including testing strategies and acceptance criteria for

• Continuously improve project management practices tools and templates based on retrospectives and lessons learned

• Prepare and present periodic project status reports dashboards and metrics to leadership and stakeholders
