Description
We are looking for an experienced .NET Project Lead to oversee project execution, guide development teams, and manage client interactions.
This contract-based role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client interactions, including requirement gathering, clarifications, demos, and status updates.
- Translate client expectations into clear technical tasks for the team.
- Develop and optimize Web APIs and ensure smooth integration with front-end applications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and product teams throughout the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with MSSQL/MySQL and write efficient, optimized queries.
- Prepare clear technical documentation and project reports.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working with C#
- Proven experience leading small teams or development modules.
- Strong knowledge of Web API development and Entity Framework.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and clean coding principles.
- Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and delivery quality.
- Knowledge of Angular is an added advantage.
- Experience in contract-based or fast-paced project environments is a plus.
