Required Experience

• Extensive experience in application support, production operations, or software development.

• Strong experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, and REST APIs.

• Expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience with application integrations, data interfaces, and middleware troubleshooting.

• Strong SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation.

• Experience developing automation solutions for monitoring, operational support, configuration validation, alerting, and repetitive support tasks.
