Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 / L3 production support for Guiding Care / US Healthcare integration workflows or any other related healthcare applications.
- Debug API calls, middleware logs, and SQL data issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply minor bug fixes/patches in C#/.NET.
- Develop automation scripts for configuration validation and regression testing.
- Collaborate with L2 support, Dev, and QA teams on hotfixes and releases.
- Monitor integration endpoint performance and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation (24x7 model, flexible shifts).
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)
- Extensive experience in technical support, system administration, or development related to healthcare management systems (on Facets / GuidingCare platform) is beneficial.
- Experience with claims processing, benefits management, and provider network management in the US healthcare space is added advantage
- Strong familiarity with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience in system integrations, including REST APIs.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in high-pressure situations (Major incidents / Application outage).
- Proficiency in SQL, Java (for backend tasks), and working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with web services.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
- Usage of AI in Application Support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
