We are seeking an experienced .NET MAUI Technical Lead to drive the development and modernization of a large-scale enterprise retail application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, Android development, and team leadership.

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, mentoring team members, driving technical decisions, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams

• Define application architecture and development standards

• Develop and maintain .NET MAUI applications

• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices

• Drive unit testing and quality assurance initiatives

• Support Android migration and modernization efforts

• Manage technical risks and provide solutions

Qualification & Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Microsoft certifications preferred

• Strong experience in enterprise mobile application development
