.Net Lead

• Requirements understanding and analysis.
• Understand product vision and expectation on technical solution architecture.
• Assist in overall application architecture and solutioning.
• Analyzing the tickets and performing impact analysis.
• Providing the technical approach for the tickets and get it reviewed with Tech Lead
• Fixing the issue related the to the tickets and perform the unit testing and get it reviewed with Tech Lead
• Create/Maintain the dev artefacts.
• Supporting the release activity
• Perform peer code reviews.

Requirements

• Strong experience in .Net Core.
• Has In-depth experience with both old and new dot net technologies such as WCF and AWS lambda.
• Implemented using WCF on Dot Net 4.5 framework, Experience in EDS & Rules.
• Interactive documents ACE using Dot Net 6.0 and other projects implemented on Dot Net 8.0.
• Must have experience in Cloud technologies preferably AWS for 1 year.
• Must have experience in technical design, coding standards.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
• Should be able to understand multi-tier architecture.
• Should have good exposure in APIs.

Good To Have

• Experience on working on Insurance Domain projects.
• Knowledge in Agile Manager or related Agile Scrum tools
• Knowledge in ALM
• Experience in leading a team of more than 4 members.
