Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced **.NET Lead / Senior Software Engineer (SSE)** with strong technical expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Angular/React, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions while ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test, and implement high-quality software solutions within defined timelines and budgets.
• Maintain coding standards, development best practices, and software quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure smooth coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
• Develop and review project estimates, timelines, and technical assumptions during planning and key project milestones.
• Validate development approaches and technical solutions to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and software implementation activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Strong experience in **.NET Core**.
• Hands-on experience with **ASP.NET MVC**.
• Frontend development experience with **Angular or React**.
• Good knowledge of **SQL Server 2008**.
• Proficiency in **HTML and JavaScript**.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in technical design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• BE / BTech / MCA / BCA / MSc / MTech in a relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 9–14 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies and web application development.
• Experience coordinating with onsite and offshore engineering teams.
• Ability to review technical estimates, development approaches, and project deliverables.
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
