Position: .Net Fullstack Developer

Location: Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur and Hyderabad

Experience: 58 Years (Minimum 5 Years in .Net Fullstack Development)

Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact for your team and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved, guide your team through the development lifecycle, and provide technical direction and leadership. Your role involves aligning application development strategies with organizational objectives to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

This position demands a balance between technical expertise and leadership skills to foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for .Net Full Stack Development.
• Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality application solutions.
• Take ownership of team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and technical decisions.
• Provide technical solutions to complex problems within and across teams.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical and professional growth.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
• Drive adherence to software development best practices and project management standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular / React / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in database management (SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational databases) and query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure/AWS) and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to implement best practices in coding, testing, and project execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Good to Have Skills:

• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
