Job Title: .Net Fullstack Developer
Experience 7.5-8 Years
Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering
Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:
  • Participated in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Designed, developed, deployed, and maintained scalable applications, platforms, and infrastructure aligned with evolving business requirements.
  • Led the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, reusable components, and application frameworks.
  • Developed and integrated RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for seamless communication with internal and external systems.
  • Designed and implemented batch processing jobs and Windows Services for automation and scheduled business operations.
  • Provided technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Performed unit testing, debugging, and application validation to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with security standards.
  • Investigated and resolved production issues within defined SLAs, ensuring high application availability and reliability.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and DevOps, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Followed established engineering processes, coding standards, and Agile methodologies to deliver robust and maintainable software.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 8-10 years of full-stack application development experience.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core (.NET 6/7/8), ASP.NET, and Entity Framework/EF Core.
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise web applications.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and/or Oracle, including database design, development, and performance optimization.
  • Experience deploying and managing web applications using IIS (Internet Information Services).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting technical teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Familiarity with API Gateways, system integrations, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and modern software development tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with banking or financial services domain experience preferred.
