Full Stack Developer (React + C#/.NET + MSSQL)
About the Role
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who is equally comfortable building modern React frontends and robust C#/.NET backends. Our ideal candidate has strong experience with JavaScript, React, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server, and is familiar with AWS cloud services. You'll play a key role in building and scaling web applications used by our clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using C# (.NET Core/.NET Framework)
- Design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries using MSSQL
- Work within a cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and efficient
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a clean, modular, and maintainable codebase
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional full stack development experience
- Strong skills in JavaScript and React
- Solid backend experience with C# and .NET
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, Beanstalk)
- Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Ag-Grid or other advanced data grid components
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
Experience with modern UI/UX best practices
