Job Description: .NET Full Stack -Technical Lead (Exp: 8-12 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced .Net Full Stack as a Technical Lead, a fully autonomous full stack developer in a larger application landscape deployed in the cloud. You are working under the supervision of a Lead Analyst / Technical Product Manager.
As Technical Lead in D&IT Supply Chain Application team, you can expect a challenging and dynamic work environment with lots of autonomy to take ownership of your work.
We work with a complex IT landscape that provides ample opportunities for innovation and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions from start to finish in acomplex IT landscape.
- Experience should have 8-12 years of .Net Full Stack as a Technical Lead of which 6-8+ years of experience (excluding of education) in technology industry.
- Autonomously developing software in manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
- Experience with setting up and maintaining software solutions (development, deployment, hypercare, maintenance)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, fully accountable and collaborate within and across teams
- Stress resilient and be able to perform under pressure
- Mentoring (junior and medior) team members and maintaining code quality by performing in-depth PR Reviews
- Eager to understand the business requirements and processes and how applications support them
- Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- .NET Core
- SQL server / Entity Framework / LINQ.
- Messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ)
- Json, XML and REST web services
- Visual Studio, GIT
- Angular 5.0+, HTML5 (or similar)
- Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience with Supply Chain projects in manufacturing industry
- Experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright,..).

Software design and development
- Design and develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, accompanied by detailed documentation.
Cross-Team collaboration
- Collaborate and align with multiple teams across the organization, working on different technology stacks to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
Testing, debugging, and quality assurance
- Test and debug software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, bug triage, and other quality control activities to maintain development standards.
