Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure.
- In this role, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying scalable and robust software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
- The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Development and Deployment: Drive the development and deployment of software solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
- Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.
Skill sets
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET, React, and Azure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB), and DevOps practices.
- Platform Skills: Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native development. Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire other engineers.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
Good to have
- Knowledge of cloud native technologies
- Certification/Experience in AWS/Azure resources
Educational Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech or M.E / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
