We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (Individual Contributor) with 8+ years of overall IT experience to deliver end-to-end application solutions across backend, frontend, cloud, CI/CD, and architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and modernizing scalable applications while actively contributing to technical decision-making and future-ready initiatives.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, modern frontend frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices, along with the flexibility and mindset to continuously adopt emerging technologies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Architecture, DevOps, QA, Product, and Business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from design, development, testing, deployment, to release.
- Develop and expose scalable and secure services using ASP.NET Web API.
- Build responsive and modern frontend components using Angular or React.
Architecture & Design
- Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Implement industry-standard design patterns and OOP principles to build maintainable solutions.
- Contribute to application modernization and cloud-native architecture initiatives.
Data & Persistence Layer
- Work with Entity Framework / EF Core for data access.
- Design, optimize, and tune database schemas and queries using MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or Oracle.
Cloud & DevOps
- Deploy, manage, and support applications on Azure or AWS Cloud.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable releases.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve automation, scalability, and reliability.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Actively contribute to modernization and future-ready initiatives.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies based on project needs.
- Stay current with evolving technology trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API.
- Experience with Angular or React for frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle).
- Solid understanding of application and system architecture.
- Experience working with Azure or AWS Cloud.
- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
