Job Description: .NET Full Stack (Angular) (DITQMQuarto003) -Senior Technical lead (Exp: 8-12 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead, hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining an in-house application. The role ensures the implementation and maintenance of the existing technical architecture strategy, drives high-quality software delivery, and resolves complex technical challenges autonomously.
Taking ownership of the application by defining/updating the technical architecture in full autonomy (possibly on call support).
The Technical Architect will also be involved in the necessary cross-team discussions to define the architecture and coding best practices and guidelines.
By mentoring team members and promoting best practices, the Technical Architect fosters a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligning the application's development with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Knowledge of and experience with design patterns (e.g. event driven design, DDD, TDD, microservices)
- Microsoft Azure stack (.Net in Azure cloud - setting up, configuring and using Docker, Kubernetes, …)
- Experience in Azure DevOps / Jira, including backlog follow-up and repositories.
- Experience .NET Core/ .NET 6. Visual Studio.
- Experience with SQL server. Entity Framework and LinQ.
- Experience in cloud messaging systems (ASB)
- Experience with Json, XML and REST Web services
- Experience in source code control using GIT.
- Infrastructure As Code
- Angular 14.0+ (or minimum Angular 5)
- ServiceNow (or any similar Service Management System)
- Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience in test automation tools (Selenium)
- Experience in document designer, such as DocPath.
- Experience in performance and tuning
- Experience in monitoring tools as Graphana, Dynatrace
- Experience in Salesforce.

Technical leadership
- Safeguard and implement the technical architecture strategy for the application, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.
- Drive architectural decisions and actively contribute to the codebase, setting a standard for technical excellence.
Development and issue resolution
- Design and implement complex user stories, perform root cause analysis for bugs and incidents, and lead the resolution of critical issues to maintain application stability and reliability.
Quality and coaching
- Oversee testing processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables through best practices in code quality and testing.
Mentor and coach team members to foster technical growth and continuous improvement.
